Cooperation and exchange of experience between participants in carrying out of reforms (economic, political and others). Unique there is that some participants of the organization are members of EU, and others declare about desire to become members in future, so countries need mutual support. CDC add political weight to participants of this initiative, and cooperation in reforms will bring economic successes.
