Europe is an idea. It is a feeling of having something in common. Thus Europe can cover nearly the whole world referring to heritage but it can also be limited to the European Union. It can consist of values but also on neighbourhood. But the most important thing is that Europe is not defined and thus needs to be defined by everybody himself. But whether other people accept this chocice is another question.
