Vision The Community of Democratic Choice (CDC) is a regional governmental and non-governmental forum of cooperation for dialogue between countries and societies, whose aim is to promote and strengthen democracy, human rights and the rule of law throughout the region. The CDC thus tries to develop a "Common vision for a common neighbourhood".
